We offer the Sandspike in three different sizes: Large, Medium, and Original (Small). The original or small size is best suited for Jet Skies and low-ground boats that don't require a lot of weight to hold them down. The medium size is ideal for ski boats and larger-sized boats in general, while the large size is designed for all larger boats. Using an original size on a larger boat may not be the best fit, as we have specifically engineered these spikes to hold the appropriate size of boats.

The Sandspike works on all types of beaches, except for solid rock. If your beach is hardpan or gravel, and you're having trouble sticking it in, simply go a few inches into the water, and the hydraulics of the water will help it go in. Apply pressure downward and wiggle and push to get it securely in place. On sandy beaches, make sure to go where the sand is wet, as dry sand is just fluff. The Sandspike can also be used underwater.
