Compact 40Amp DC Power Splitter for 5 Power Pole and 6 USB Ports

The F-1066 distribution module features an operating voltage range of 8.5 to 32VDC and a maximum input current of 40 Amp, protected by a 40 Amp fuse. Under no-load conditions, the quiescent current is less than 8mA at 13.8V.

The power pole output ports consist of 5 ports, offering 1 x 30Amp, 1 x 20Amp, 1 x 10Amp, 1 x 5Amp, and 1 x 3Amp. These fuses can be replaced, but the maximum output current for each port is limited to 30Amp, with a total maximum output current of 40Amp.

The USB output ports include 6 ports, providing 5VDC output voltage and a maximum current of 2.4Amp per port. The module supports dual ports parallel output up to 4.8Amp. It is compatible with the USB DCP BC1.2 protocol, as well as protocols used by Apple and Samsung devices. The internal circuit conversion efficiency exceeds 90%.

The module is equipped with a power indicator LED and fault indicator LEDs for each fuse. The high-quality fuse holders allow for easy external replacement of the ATC/ATO auto fuses, which are available in 10 different values ranging from 1 to 40 Amp.

The F-1066 distribution module is housed in a high-quality 1.5mm / 0.06" thick aluminum enclosure. It supports screw mount, wall mount, and desktop placement. If paired with the CASE-015 DIN adapter bracket, the module can also be mounted on 35mm, 32mm, or 15mm DIN rails.

The package includes the F-1066 distribution module, 6 black power pole housings, 6 red power pole housings, 6 PVC cover flame retardant sleeves, 10 silver-plated copper 30A 14-12AWG power pole contacts, and 2 tinned copper 45A 12-10AWG power pole contacts.

The overall dimensions of the module, excluding cables, are L 214mm x W 62.5mm x H 33mm / 8.43" x 2.46" x 1.30". The weight of the unit is 260g / 9.2 oz.
